Interested in Baptism? We will be having a baptism class on Tuesday August 13th at 6pm. If you are wanting to get baptized or just curious to know more, please let a staff member know or email the office.
On August 18th at 10am we will have a congregational meeting to approve the nominating committee. With the change of our fiscal year, and a flip of our two yearly meetings, this was missed at our May Business Meeting. This meeting will take place between our two Sunday morning services. If you come to the 9am service plan to stay a few minutes longer, and if you come to the 10:45am service plan to come a bit early that Sunday. Adherents and members are welcome, only members can vote. |

GLOBAL WORKERS
Mark and Cheryl Sorell are working with ACTION Ventures (under the umbrella of ACTION International), living and working remotely 45 min northeast of Prince Albert on a farm. Their calling is to train and disciple teams of young adults similar to what they did with Venture Teams for 19 years. Mark was part of the youth group here at Mt Olive for several years and began his music ministry while here. "Please pray for our upcoming service in Peru, and for the growing churches in the Philippines thanks to the Lord's work through our teams there. Pray also for my recent Diabetes diagnosis. Thank you for your prayers!” |
